Ottawa – Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson and Edmonton Mayor Don Iveson have officially agreed to the terms of their bet for the upcoming Grey Cup final in Winnipeg.
The terms:
1. The losing city’s Mayor will wear the winning team’s jersey to a City Council meeting
2. The winning city’s Mayor will donate to the food bank of the losing city
